[Resolved]  OneAssist Consumer Solutions — deduction of amount after cancellation of membership

Its been second time my money got deducted from my bank account without my permission.

As per communication dated 9th Jan 2018, Service Request Number 2752283 one assist have deducted 1899 Rupees from my bank account without my knowledge and when I asked for refund they asked me to send reminder mail. I did and was refunded only 500 Rs which was unacceptable.
On 23rd Jan 2018, I got mail regarding cancellation of my membership ID# [protected] (Cancellation SR# 2797386 ).

On 4th Jan 2019 they have deducted 1399/- even after the complaint and cancellation of service. Once again I got mail on 13th Jan 2019 to renew the services otherwise they will deduct 1399/-

I want all my money back which has been deducted (i.e.1899 + 1399 = 3298) since last year with compensation.

Dear Harshita,

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Please be informed, your membership cancellation is in process vide service request number 3902150 for the Insurance policy. However, you are not entitled for any refund, as you need to cancel membership within 30 days of subscription. In case, if the amount is debited you will get the amount credited in your bank account within 5 to 7 working days.

I think One assist has not viewed my complaint properly. I have already asked to cancel the membership last year and also shared the reference number for the same. Did you care to look at all the proofs shared with you? Stop sending automated replies here. Please stop doing fraud with common people.
May I know why I am still not entitled for the refund? I want last year plus this year total amount deducted to be refunded ASAP.

Till now i didn't got my money refunded. Customer Care service people are asking me to give them my debit card number to know that amount has been deducted from my account. I don't know what kind of staff One Assist have. They have my account number, they can check and refund the amount in the same account. Why the hell they are asking me to give my Debit Card number?? I have not seen such illiterate people running any company.
