OneAssist is a fraud company. I had submitted my claim physical damage on 10th March. The mobile was pick and after receiving estimation for repair, one assist tells me on 24th March that the claim has been rejected under following reason "loss or damage to the Gadget due to mysterious circumstances / disappearance or unexplained reasons"

My question is how can I explain any reason if the phone gets damage when this was in my pocket. Is this an Unclear answer. Simply pathetic. And the worst part is they try and fool you to write such reason where they know your claim is certainly going to get rejected.

Also now its 10 Days past the after claim rejection and still I have not received my phone. And when I call customer care they always commit that this will be with me within 48 Hrs. Such a fake promise from a fake company.

Horrible experience. Its better to repair your handset with your money rather than buying this.
