I've bought the insurance of this company from MI.COM for my cell phone REDMI Note 3.

Screen got damaged, I have filed the claim on 16th September, everything got approved, Still I don't have any updates on my phone. I haven't seen a single customer happy with their service. Its been 2 months now and I don't have any updates about my phone. Seems like they are using customers phone for any criminal activities.

They are taking Customers money for the insurance value and then they are taking customers phone as well.

Don't ever ever ever take the insurance of this company.

I do not wish to have this service & want refund of 1299 which was deduced on 29th october 2016. The executive did not told me as it is a plan and said that charges every new customer if ICICI credit card, a wrong information provided to m. I want refund of the amount deduced. Card no. [protected]
