Why icici customer care team not answering any fraud related mail of one assist plan??? I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1799/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap One assist id number: SR[protected] Make sure to deactivate this plan asap, if not.. My name is visalakshi.my mail id is lakshmi.[protected]@gmail.com.i already complained to deactivate that stupid one assist plan, u said ok we will deactivate madam, now what is this again I have message from that one assist that we are renualing ur plan, what is this nuisance.with whom permission ur doing this? I want to deactivate this plan in 2days otherwise iam going to close this icici account.

Why HDFC customer care team not answering any fraud related mail of one assist plan??? I also received call from HDFC customer and they just given wrong and fraudulent information about one assist plan after than activated this plan and deducted rs-1799/- from my Credit . I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap
