I have raise a ckaim on 16-Nov-2016 and submitted all documents and claims is approved.Also have paid the min. Amount till date I have not received my handset.Every time I call they said that your handset estimate repair date is 03-Jan-2017.However to date not received my handset.I do not trust your company now. Today I email to One assist and got reply that estimated date is 21-Jan-2017 don't know what they were till date. Customer repensitive are less bother and I think they are trained with only one line "The issue is escalated to higher level". Very sad that the even do not have service center number.

    I bought a mobile insurance for my LG Nexus 5x from one assist in March 2016 for 1 year. At the time of registration the company asked me for various details for verification and everything went okay without any issue.
    Few weeks ago my phone undergo an accident. I raised a claim for my damage. Now they are claiming that I have to pay 1500 extra because my invoice ain't valid (as per them). This is the same invoice which I have them while registering and at that time it was accepted without any issue. After wasting my many hours in the claim processing, in the end they rejected my claim.

    We would like to inform you that a notification was sent to you at the time of the documentation stage intimating that the invoice was improper.

    We raised the Service Request number 1646380 on 11 Nov 2016 and same was intimated to you via message and email. We forcefully had to close this as you didn't submit the required documents within 21 days which is also mentioned in the Terms and conditions. Hence, we couldn't register the claim.

    Firstly, I uploaded the SAME invoice at the time of claim which I uploaded at the time of registration.

    Secondly, it was not an improper invoice. Due to digitalization, Google India Services only provide with invoices on mail(and no paper invoice). So yes. It was a perfectly proper invoice.

    And if it was not, it should have been notified to me at the time of registration(not while claim), as I registered at One Assist Insurance with the same invoice.

    I had 2 claims. First is rejected by your company. And now for second claim I have to first get my phone repaired myself. Then what's the use of having an insurance when I have to pay insurance premium as well as repair charges? Atleast let me have my second claim.

      This is reference to my claim request for my MI 5 phone (Rs.25000) against service request No.1650770 dated 16-Nov-2016. It has been since 2 months on daily basis I am following up with OneAssist team through Email and customer care number but till date it has not been resolved.

      I had purchased Insurance (MI protect) from MI (Xiaomi Website) considering its brand value but never thought I would be getting such worst service from its associate business partner One Assist. In MI website it is clearly stated that claim can be made against mobile dropped in toilet. But instead they have rejected my claim by giving following rejection remarks.

      “THE SUBJECT CLAIM IS NOT ADMISSIBLE UNDER EXCLUSION 10 - LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY INCORRECT STORAGE WILFUL NEGLIGENCE (NO PROPER CARE OF HANDSET HAS BEEN TAKEN BY INSURED TO SAFEGUARD THE PROPERTY.) IMPROPER HANDLING. You may also refer to Exclusion number- 10 of the policy. ”

      Please make note that the same was not happened due to negligence, as the same is accidentally happened. It is my honesty that I have mentioned the reason for damage correctly which is genuine. Also note that it was my hard earned money from which I had purchased such expensive mobile so there is no reason for improper handling.

      When the same was explained to OneAssist team they said they cannot do anything as it was rejected by Insurance Company(which they have appointed). After all this harassment I googled complaint against OneAssist where I found many such customers who were facing such problems. I also noticed that mobile once handed to OneAssits are not returned or else they do not return in its original condition (non repairable). Considering this I requested for returning my un-repaired mobile from OneAssist but till date they have not returned the same. On daily basis I call OneAssist Team and send email regarding my return o[censored]nrepaired mobile phone but no logical reply is given. Many a times customer care keeps the phone on hold and then disconnect them. In my life time I have never ever faced such type of service from any company even the government officials are better than this. I don’t understand how such branded company Xiaomi get associated with such company.

      This will not be the end has I have been tortured and harassed by OneAssits from last 2 months on daily basis. I would start my day daily by calling OneAssits and then I would spoil my whole day. So I will go till any extent unit the issue get sorted out!

      As expected there was no logical or informative reply by OneAssit. I want my mobile back !!! . So request you to confirm the date when I will receive my mobile back it is almost 2 months???????

      I have paid insurance premium to OneAssits so it’s your duty and responsibility to get my mobile repaired. As usual and after going all your consumer complaints it has been noticed that you find some reason to discard the claim. If the decision are taken on the basis of the incident description so why don’t you guide the consumer. You will be having many reasons to reject the all genuine claims but I have only one Mobile purchased from my hard earned money. So request you return my mobile at earliest or else I have to bring police at your office.

      Following are the parts missing

      1, Loudspeaker
      2. Antenna wire
      3. 10 Screws.
      4. Back cover is exchanged.
      5. Camera rubber covering
      6. Vibrator motor

      I had sent you you brand new mobile and what have you done to it?????????????????????

      You will face worst consequence if dont return my mobile in its original condition.

        Please take my words very carefully and casuiosly towards the company called ONEASSIST solution private limited.

        My mobile was given to pass a genuine clame of screen crack and without any consideration, they fooled me that, you wont claim insurance because you have broken your screen purposly.

        Please do not take mobile insurance from this compay as they will never pass your claim and will prove that its your fault.
        On top of that,
        My mobile is with them since 2 months now and still waiting to recieve my mobile damaged, I have spend more then 150rs of phone bills and 200 emails to check and give my mobile back but there is no answer and everybody on customer care is fooling you around with different excusees.

        PLEASE PLEASE NEVER BUY MOBILE INSURANCE FROM IS FAKE COMPANY AS THEY WILL NEVER PASS YOUR GENUINE CLAIM.

          Hi this s Sandip kumar Cont numb [protected] and I have put insurance of my iPhone 6 with One Assist my Devive Claim ? Service Request # 1691765 my and last month by 9-12-16 I have raised a claim that front glass got crack while my self Avd children was in hand and suddenly fell down to steppes with an accident and front glass got crack .. this statement I have to one assist and next day I have uploaded all document which they asked to to upload in oneassist sight and after 4 days they mailed me that I have to send clear copy of invoice and I have forward and again uploa to their sight next day again getting msil u have to send original with seal and signature attested.. i call to Custome care And says plz check my bill clearly it's online purchase from Flipkart that s not required .. I was wait for they call and mail no response I call to customer care and ask what status of my claim that are saying u have to submit Id proof.. actully my friend have credit card so I told him to buy and give Avd it's was in his name iPhone 6 .. again they mailed me that ur friend have to mail to one assist that ur friend have gifted mobile to me I said sir how s it possible mobile s mine and I have put insurance in my name why it's required ther are saying it's company policy we cannnot change and I call my friend and told him to plz forward a mail to one assist that u have gifted to me and at last he have mailed and all this took more that 20 days at last they pick my mobile and again wait for ther their mail after three days they mailed that insurance have received the repair estimate for an amount of Rs. 24766.0 got mail from then again waited for 4 to 5 days finally ther are saying that THE SUBJECT CLAIM IS NOT ADMISSIBLE UNDER EXCLUSION 10 - LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY WILFUL NEGLIGENCE, IMPROPER HANDLING (NO PROPER CARE OF HANDSET HAS BEEN TAKEN BY INSURED TO SAFEGUARD THE PROPERTY).they are unable to claim due to not handle with care.. Avd I called to Custome care and said sir we met with an accident suddenly fell down and see we to know we are using such expensive mobile and we to to handle with care but Suddenly fell and glaas got crack this s not knowing did my us this was in fortunately happen .. I want to tell u one thing then why we put insurance sir tell me so I request u to plz take care of my case and help me out with this plz plz Thanking u u

            I had purchased an insurance policy with One assist on 4th June 2016 amounting to Rs. 4, 599/- for my Iphone 6S with the plan " MA Total Protection Plan 50, 001 to 62, 000" with validity upto 3rd June, 2017 vide Invoice No. DELP-1603-RI-0051.

            My Iphone fell on the ground & broke. I had lodged a complain on 6th Dec 2016. I had submitted all the documents with the company & on 12th Dec, 2016 my Iphone was collected by One Assist Executive.

            I have not been provided with a back-up handset. The last status shared with me was on 15th Dec, 2016 that my claim is pending with Insurance Company for approval. Till date, no status has been updated. I have been following up with Customer Care but no response has been provided. They don't have any update.

            At the time of selling the insurance I was promised that the claim will be processed within 7 to 10 working days but its been more than a month now. No updates, Unprofessional Behaviour.I do not have my phone since 12th Dec, 2016.

            I want my Iphone to be replaced asap. I have already waited for more than 30 days.

I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1799/- from my saving a/c.               DEACTIVATE ONE ASSIST PLAN
              I Received SMS from KOTAK MAhendra BANK that RS-1299/- deducted from my credit card to ONE ASSIST PLAN. without my permission.. i also got a mail from one assist team. i dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. should refrain from such acts. the bank in question kotak bank should also refrain from sharing customer details with such fraudulent companies. its really annoying to say the least.

                  I unable to understand the fact that the funds have been deducted from my account of Rs. 1799/- which i have clearly told the associate to i dont need ONE ASSIST PLAN service, though one your associate has activated the service. and i came to know this information on 3rd Jan, 2017 because "one assist have deducated the funds from my account. i am trying to reach one assist customer service many times but there is nobody to answer my query or to address my claim

                  since i am not aware of the fact that they have activated the one assist plan, although i have told them not needed the service, the message i have received was on dated 3rd jan, 2017, and these guys were activated the plan for the year 2017 as well, please cancel this plan and refund my 1 years amount which i didnt even agreed for the same with "one assistant service."

                  I dont need ONE ASSIST PLAN service and please refund my amount for the same whihc you have deducted for 2016 and 2017

But still it is not delivered and now i am filling a case on these guys under fraud because every time i called these guys have one answer escalated to higher authorities.                         My positions of calmness has lost its limit m hearing the same #### again n again that my claim is not approved till yet same was told me when i filled the claim that the approval is not here yet n now after taking my phone you are saying the same thing. that the approval is not yet come. u are an insurances company or doing some thing fraud u are an insurance company yourself then from whom u have to take clams from m hearing this #### crap from 3 weeks that my approval is not done till yet. anyways that is not my problem its yours. i need my phone back arr else you have two option ether a get my phone as soon as possible arr m gonna file a case against you people of fraud n cheating clients n bad services in consumer as well as in a criminal court i have all recording of your costumer care executive. one is the example below. your executive as no response n are not responsible at all. so it is better for u n your company to give back my device or else you are gonna suffer in delhi. courts. n ya one more ever time i wish to talk to your senior executive it never comes on phone guess u dont have one so plz stop pretending it up. this is also in the recording. i have call in which i have been on hold till half n hour. you better watch it now.

                          My insurance claim conclusion

                          Is this company making a joke out of their customers or what. I deposited my handset on 26th november and my handset was handed over to the service center between 26th - 1st december 2016 and one assist took 18 days to update this on their system. Finally on 19th december they were able to update it. After this they raised the claim for my handset which had a damage screen and display.                           I have HDFC bank credit card.One assist has been activated in my account and debited 1799 without my permission.i want it to be refunded.i called one assist security app customer care twice they tried to convince me to accept debited amount and go for its activation, I told to deactivate and refund my money.

                            Copmany is fraud. Promise to deliever handset within a month but still its been 2 months. I doubt my mobile phone is not safe with them. Either they have lost it or something else. They dont even provide nodal officer number or any other contact way to there high responsibility staff. My complaint id is 334985. I had a talk witg mr. Ahuti senior customer care staff number but he does false promise. I had a talk ms. Kajal. Social media assistant but still no response. Just a cheater company.                                 I applied a kotak bank credit card. One assist has been activated in my account and debited 1299 without my permission. I want it to be refunded. I called one assist security app customer care twice they tried to convince me to accept debited amount and go for its activation, i told to deactivate and refund my money. Customer care told me manager from mumbai will call next day. He told it's benefit and tried to convince me. When i told i am not interested and refund my money. They told it has been activated for this year, may be you can cancel it for next year. But i didn't ask for it i didn't activate it

                                    The service is very very worst.
                                    They just took money to insure my phone and they have only kept it.
                                    The service really sucks.

                                    In spite of this I politely asked them to return the un-repaired handset but I am not sure why they are not sending it back.

                                    I followup with them daily but doesn't help.

                                    I placed request to send back the handset at least 5 times so far and still counting, each time I call they will give a new request number but mobile never came back.

                                    It is been more than 4 months this story is repeating, pathetic company.
