I unable to understand the fact that the funds have been deducted from my account of Rs. 1799/- which i have clearly told the associate to i dont need ONE ASSIST PLAN service, though one your associate has activated the service. and i came to know this information on 3rd Jan, 2017 because "one assist have deducated the funds from my account. i am trying to reach one assist customer service many times but there is nobody to answer my query or to address my claim

since i am not aware of the fact that they have activated the one assist plan, although i have told them not needed the service, the message i have received was on dated 3rd jan, 2017, and these guys were activated the plan for the year 2017 as well, please cancel this plan and refund my 1 years amount which i didnt even agreed for the same with "one assistant service."

I dont need ONE ASSIST PLAN service and please refund my amount for the same whihc you have deducted for 2016 and 2017

      Fake Company and poor services

      I am getting the call from one assist team again and again from 27 dec 2016 that your mobile has been delivered. But still it is not delivered and now i am filling a case on these guys under fraud because every time i called these guys have one answer escalated to higher authorities. But my dear what your higher authorities are doing.

        My positions of calmness has lost its limit m hearing the same #### again n again that my claim is not approved till yet same was told me when i filled the claim that the approval is not here yet n now after taking my phone you are saying the same thing. that the approval is not yet come. u are an insurances company or doing some thing fraud u are an insurance company yourself then from whom u have to take clams from m hearing this #### crap from 3 weeks that my approval is not done till yet. anyways that is not my problem its yours. i need my phone back arr else you have two option ether a get my phone as soon as possible arr m gonna file a case against you people of fraud n cheating clients n bad services in consumer as well as in a criminal court i have all recording of your costumer care executive. one is the example below. your executive as no response n are not responsible at all. so it is better for u n your company to give back my device or else you are gonna suffer in delhi. courts. n ya one more ever time i wish to talk to your senior executive it never comes on phone guess u dont have one so plz stop pretending it up. this is also in the recording. i have call in which i have been on hold till half n hour. you better watch it now.

          My insurance claim conclusion

          Is this company making a joke out of their customers or what. I deposited my handset on 26th november and my handset was handed over to the service center between 26th - 1st december 2016 and one assist took 18 days to update this on their system. Finally on 19th december they were able to update it. After this they raised the claim for my handset which had a damage screen and display. This claim decision is still in pending status and customer...

          I am taking the insurance for my handset, but when i claim theydo not support . whenever i take two time insurance on one handset, first time they rejected insurance holder is miner . I take other insurance but again they give me some excuse and rejected the claim after 40 day. It is totly a fake company pl support me against this type of fraud company

          I have HDFC bank credit card.One assist has been activated in my account and debited 1799 without my permission.i want it to be refunded.i called one assist security app customer care twice they tried to convince me to accept debited amount and go for its activation, I told to deactivate and refund my money.

            Copmany is fraud. Promise to deliever handset within a month but still its been 2 months. I doubt my mobile phone is not safe with them. Either they have lost it or something else. They dont even provide nodal officer number or any other contact way to there high responsibility staff. My complaint id is 334985. I had a talk witg mr. Ahuti senior customer care staff number but he does false promise. I had a talk ms. Kajal. Social media assistant but still no response. Just a cheater company. In process to file a suit against them.

                I applied a kotak bank credit card. One assist has been activated in my account and debited 1299 without my permission. I want it to be refunded. Customer care told me manager from mumbai will call next day. He told it's benefit and tried to convince me. When i told i am not interested and refund my money. They told it has been activated for this year, may be you can cancel it for next year. But i didn't ask for it i didn't activate it

                  One assist is a fraud company. I chose mi protect for my redmi 3s prime. But then i came to know about its pathetic service. So, I canceled it after 2 days of activating i. e. on 12-dec-2016. Customer service told me that my money will be refunded by 7-8 days.But since today the money is not refunded. Now they are saying that we have processed your refund in your account. But no money has been deposited in my account by them. They cheated me. My relationship id is 1544915

                    The service is very very worst.
                    They just took money to insure my phone and they have only kept it.
                    The service really sucks.

                    In spite of this I politely asked them to return the un-repaired handset but I am not sure why they are not sending it back.

                    I followup with them daily but doesn't help.

                    I placed request to send back the handset at least 5 times so far and still counting, each time I call they will give a new request number but mobile never came back.

                    It is been more than 4 months this story is repeating, pathetic company.

                      Kindly add the correct information in my oneassist profile on priority. This wrong info would create a hell out of problems in case any service required for my new phone purchased on 15/12/2016.

                        This is one of the worst company I never came across, first thing is they are unnecessarily quoting reason instead of repairing handset. In spite of this I politely asked them to return the unrepaired handset but I am not sure why they are not sending it back.

                        I placed request to send back the handset at least 5 times so far and still counting, each time I call they will give a new request number but mobile never came back.

                        It is been more than 2 months this story is repeating, pathetic company.

                          This One assist company is a bogus company. They are just harassing the customers. Service Request number 1632119 has been logged on 2nd of November and My phone was picked up on 19th November. At 23rd November I got Intimated that they are submitting the repairing quote to National Insurance Company, there Insurance Provider.
                          After one month they said my claim is been rejected for a nonsense reason. If i have to take care of my phone then why I should take an Insurance? After rejection i requested them to deliver my unrepaired handset, but still they are taking a long hell time now.

                            Incident description-
                            In the morning when i was going to take auto, i kept my phone in the pocket. When i was searching for the handsfree, i take out the phone from my pocket. While taking out, phone got drop on the road and back camera frame got broken. Rear camera is working but not getting clarity due to broken glass protector of the rear camera.

                            Concern:-

                            Service provider picked up my handset on 29-nov-2016 and today is 22nd-dec2016, i have not received any update about when i would receive my handset back after repair.. Called many times on toll free number, oneassist is saying they have not got any response from service centre about the due date.
                            My concern is why they are harassing customer since 1 month. If part is not available or what ever the reason, they should update accordingly...

                            I want my handset back.

                              Dear sir/madam,

                              My handset got damaged and the insurance covered it. The process which i was told that i need to file a claim and then submit appropriate document, then representative will come and take the damaged handset and give another handset of same model.

                              Despite the commitment made to pick the damaged handset and deliver the same model handset to use for the time being, on monday i. E. Dec 19, it was not done.

                              Handset was picked on dec, 22 only and no handset was given in exchange at all. As i was not at home, i was told by my wife later and when i called the customer care, i was told very rudely that it is not oneassist fault and the other handset will be given only after 7-10 days later.

                              What kind of pathetic service is this?

                              I never expected this level o[censored]nprofessional service done from oneassist. I had heard good words from others about the company but my first hand experience is way too poor.

                              Let me know what is being in this regard at the earliest. I need the handset not 7-10 days later but within 1-2 days.

                              firstly my service request no is 1696833.

                              In continuation to the above, after picking the handset on dec 22, 2016 and not giving any replacement handset. despite my several mails every 2-3 days, my question was knowingly ignored and no proper response was given in relation to the time frame when i will get my repaired handset.

                              few days back i was told it is being sent to insurance company, and i will be intimated then. Today i am being told that insurance has been declined giving reasons that i had not taken good care of the handset. what kind of absurd logic is being given just to save your insurance claim and cheat the subscribers.

                              But i thank a lot to the "great team oneassist" for waking up from deep slumber and taking the time and lot of pain to inform me about the denial of the claim.

                              It has been the most pathetic experience of my entire life to get an insurance from your "great company" No one even bothered to inform in details about the terms and conditions of the contract in detail.

                              Your mentioned reasons literally seems to show your motive of cheating the consumers and making money by continue doing fraud with subscribers. Now i understood how you people are actually making money.

                              Please send me the details of the contract where it has been mentioned what you gave me the reason of denial. i want the copy of the same.

                              i also want the money back as well.

                              AND PLEASE BEWARE ALL THOSE LOOKING FOR ANY KIND OF INSURANCE FROM TEAM ONEASSIST, NEVER EVER TAKE THE SERVICES OF GREAT TEAM ONEASSIST.

                                This is the worst kind of service i am facing. I was charged 500 Rs. extra at the time of renewal stating the renewal is of premium kind and i will get the handset in 12 working days.

                                I filed my claim on 14th november, nobody picked up my phone till 23rd november. I was promised a courtesy handset at the time of renewal, which later i was denied saying you do not provide courtesy handset.

                                Now it has been a month there is no response. Whenever i call for my phone status they do not give any proper response and say the same thing the decision is pending.

                                I have started the process of filing the case in consumer court. If i do not get a proper response and the exact date my replaced handset shall be given back to me, i will without any doubt send you a notice as i have all the recordings of your employees hanging up the phone, renewal guy charging 500 extra for 12 day strict replacement policy and many more instances.

                                  two months back may hand set damaged, then i registered a complaint in one assist on 19/10/2016
                                  now two months over but not yet pick up my handset from one assist, Their executives kept my call on hold for 30 min or more and used to gave me fake commitments.
                                  The irritating me, and not understanding my problem.

                                  Please take my words very carefully and casuiosly towards the company called ONEASSIST solution private limited.

                                  My mobile was given to pass a genuine clame of screen crack and without any consideration, they fooled me that, you wont claim insurance because you have broken your screen purposly.

                                  Please do not take mobile insurance from this compay as they will never pass your claim and will prove that its your fault.
                                  On top of that,
                                  My mobile is with them since 2 months now and still waiting to recieve my mobile damaged, I have spend more then 150rs of phone bills and 200 emails to check and give my mobile back but there is no answer and everybody on customer care is fooling you around with different excusees.

                                  PLEASE PLEASE NEVER BUY MOBILE INSURANCE FROM IS FAKE COMPANY AS THEY WILL NEVER PASS YOUR GENUINE CLAIM.

                                      I have purchased mi protect one assist insurance and asked for its cancellation after 10 days, as per their terms If I cancel this policy in a month of its purchase, the money will be refunded within 7-10 working days. Its more than a months time and money not refunded. I am calling them daily and mailing them, they dont reply to the mails and calls they say issue being escalated, but are not resolving it. I want the resolution immediately. I am frustrated interacting with this company. Hope no body every buys anything from this one or trust their words.

                                      You seem to just say 7 working days, and postpone it indefinitely and say apologies every time. Its a very bad way of treating your clients. Always making false promises.
