OneAssist Consumer Solutions — One Assist Subscription Plan Cancellation and refund | |||
When I applied for credit card from ICICI Bank, I think I had by mistakenly ticked for One Assist subscription plan. And now I want to cancel it and I had called One Assist customer care but there are saying it will not be cancelled and even if I will cancel I will not get my money/refund. Is there any means by which I can cancel the plan and get full refund as soon as possible. Please deactivate or cancel the plan and refund the money as soon as possible.
