Hello oneassist team, This is yash from new delhi. I have purchased your mobile insurance 599 plan on my mobile through oneassist application on 7 april.2017. Till now my plan is not activated. So kindly help me in this trouble. Other details: Mi redmi 4a Mobile booked date: 23. March.2017 Price of mobile: 5999 Oneassist plan purchased date: 07. April.2017 Amount deducted to my account 599. Message received on same date: (Thank you for using your sbi debit card 478xx2481 for a purchase worth rs599 on pos oneassist70776 at citrus pay oneassist txn#[protected].) My mobile id: [protected]. Plz upadte my plan on oneassist application. I have attached my mobile bill & account transaction details with this mail.
