[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — poor service provided amounting to fraud

My mi redmi note 3 phone suffered from accidental damage which was covered under the insurance. On reporting the matter, the company said that they didnt have a hub in my area and asked the phone to be couriered to delhi hub which i did. Few days later they have emailed that the insurance claim has been rejected and my mobile is being returned un-repaired. They have quoted "the subject claim is not admissible under exclusion 10 - loss or damage caused by incorrect storage, wilful negligence (No proper care of handset has been taken by insured to safeguard the property)".
This is downright fraud. Can accidents be caused willfully?
Further, i am yet to get back my mobile even after nearly a month. I assume they have lost it. Service id was 1960502
This company has played fraud with me.

Updated by Anand213 My handset is yet undelivered. Kindly take steps to deliver immediately to my address. You have informed that the courier service by which you have sent my mobile does not service the area. This is not my problem. You should have crosschecked with the courier and selected the one which caters to my area. I have said exactly the same to the person who called me from your oneassist team.
