I received statmt from hdfc bank today that rs-446.05/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information. Any such kind of information discussed with me at the time of credit card issuance. I don't even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. And who the hell are you to care...

I have a mi max prime phone and the i have taken a mi protect on the phone.. When i call customer care they deny to do the insurance claim for my phone and it is causing a lot of problem. I have been calling up the one assist team since a month and not a single response to my query. I need a response for taking my claim on the phone at the earliest...

Now the customer service is pathetic, they have no escalation procedure.. They log a callback and keep saying escalation team will call tomorrow everytime and no one ever calls.
The customer service says "please wait for 48 hours" everytime i call.

I sent my damaged phone to the one assist to claim the inssurance. The took a lot of time to repair the phone almost after 45 days they sent the the phone that too after the complaint. When i recieved the phone the sim tray was not in the phone when i contacted them they told me that they are not responsible for the accessories. But the sim tray is not the accessory its the part of the phone which was also damaged. So its their rsponsiblity...

2years ago i got a call from a lady by unknown number.

She was asking & trying to convince me to take debit card insurance policy.

I strictly said 'no i don't need any policy like that'.

But next day above 1900₹ debited by the name of one assist from my icici bank account.

It is continued followed years also.

So please deactivate this service for my icici bank...

I have recently applied for icici credit card. I received my card on 12 jul 17 only. Within a day one assist had activated the plan and deducted 1399 which im not interested. I want icici to take immediate action and stop this subscription. Else i want to return my card without any usage.
