I registered my phone no in one assist site for more details of their insurance policy. I got their call and was explained by them about their policy. After that i was not intersted anymore about buying their policy.

So everyday i was getting call by them and i was ignoring their call by not picking it up or by cancelling it. But today i picked their call from the no (+[protected] and a sales executive name (Sahil) was on that end. I told him that i am no more interested in buying their policy. And i got a reply from him " jab aapko lena ni h to site kyon kholte ho or register q karte ho"
Wat the # is this??? Is that guy have the right to ask their customer such questions??? Do i have to take pemission from him that whether i should use their company site or not???

I want to complain about this sales executive and want strict actions to be taken against him

    One assist called me four days back and i wanted to activate the mobile assist plan for my iphone.

    Since, i ll be out of india for 12 months, i asked the sales executive if claims can be made outside india. The sales executive said yes for my question. After paying money and activating the insurance, another executive says that claims can be made only in india. The sales executive also said that if i was not happy with the terms, i can withdraw the plan before one month to get a full refund.

    Now, i felt that this plan wont favor me as i cant come back to india to file a claim if something goes wrong with my phone. So i made a cancellation request. I called up the toll free number and asked to cancel my subscription and refund my money. They say a cancellation team will call you in 48 hours, nobody called me yet. Again i called up toll free number to check on the status, this guy again say that i will have to wait for another 48 hours until the cancellation team gives call back. I also had a chat conversation through the app. Even there, they ask me to wait for more than 48 hours.

      Hi,

      Service request number: 2109026

      I had requested for cancellation of one assist plan, because it was activated without my knowledge from kotak bank and i have been charged some amount,

      Regarding cancellation and refunding my money back i'm calling your one assist customer care since june, finally request as been taken on june 28th, to refund of rs, 2700, to my bank account which i had already provided.

      It is already more than 10 working days, and still now i haven't received any amount to my bank account?...

      When ever i call to one assist customer care, you people will take a request to arrange a call back from cancellation team and 48hrs is tat you people provide, still now no action has been taken, and i haven't received any call back or either rs, 2700 not received still...

      Everyday i used to call your on assist customer care, and explain from beginning and u people will escalate to arrange a call back and amount to be refunded within 48hrs, this is what the ready made answer i used to get from your service every time when i used to call u guys...

      I started hating calling to your one assist customer care, bec nobody can help me, except arranging call back.

      Still how many days i should wait???

        I had initiated a claim on 3rd july and even after repeated follow ups nobody is collecting my phone even though the claim has been approved. I wrote a complaint mail to [protected]@oneassist and i did not even recieve a reply i am calling the customer care toll free number 10 times a day, they put me on hold for a very long time and upon returning they just say that they are escalating the matter and pick up will be arranged within 48 hours. I wait for 48 hours and i get a call from the delivery guy who assures he will pick up everyday and then then he never shows.

        Either you do not care about customer service or it is some sort of ploy to never service the claims and earn the insurance premium.

        I am really fed with one assist company. As I am getting wrong information from one assist customer care. And as per their guarantee of verifing documents in 48 hours but my documents verifed in a week. And my request for courtesy hand set was not registered on time and even didn't get any courtesy handset.

          I received an sms today in my number from icici bank as an amount of rs1799 has been deducted by oneassit. Same time i received an sms from oneassist also. I don't even think i have opted for their service. Please cancel this subscription and refund my amount.

          I have sent a mail regarding this to your customer care but didnt get any reply from you which is unacceptable. This kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act.

              Dear sir,
              I had given my redmi 3s prime on 22nd of june as per my claim.. After some day they asked me to pay rs. 301 extra other wise my handset won't be able to reach me... I have paid the money n when i talked with the executives they said my mobile will be there on 12th of july to their delivery centre and within 48 hours i will get my mobile... After 48 hours of due date i called them twice a day and each of their executives make a different story.. I m really very frustrated as i can't do anything about my mobile... Now they are saying that my mobile hasn't reach to them from the service centre.. When i asked the address they deny to share the information... Plz give me any solution so that i can get my mobile back...

                I would like to lodge a complaint about oneassist.in

                Last year august 10th, my account got debited with 1799 rupees without my knowledge which i never even noticed. Today i received a letter from oneassist stating that my plan will be auto renewed and money will be debited automatically from my account again. What are these guys thinking really.in the name of keeping my personal bank accounts details, card details, passport details secured they are just looting money. And i haven't given any of my details to them but somehow they got hold of my icici account and they are debiting money without my permission. Basically they have debited 1800 for doing nothing. I would like my money credited back to my account. And my subscription, whatever the hell it is needs to be cancelled

                      I have taken one assist damage protection plan for my moto g4 plus phone. On 3 rd july i have raised a claim for screen damage they said with in 24 hours claim link will be enabled to upload supporting documents. Till now i am not getting any link whether i have called so many times to there customer support and sent so many mails on happytoassist. Oneassit.in mail id. Every time i am getting same answer that their it team working on this and you have to wait for next 2 days. Now its already 15 days and i am unable to take advantage of my service.

                      How much Time your team will take Mr. Brijesh. Today its completing 1 month when I was raised my claim and till now not getting any solution, just getting a lolipop for wait some time. This is extreme and I cant wait more, I need money equal to phone amount because as per your policy if you guys are unable to repair claimed phone then one assist will provide the cost of phone to customer and I am assuming this is the same case. And today one more interesting thing did with my account from one assist when I am trying to login in to oneassist website it said "We could not find this email id in our records. Please reconfirm your email id.", whether i have successfully logged in earlier and shared the screen print for showing no claim link there. Kindly assist me asap and do the needful. Thank you in advance.

                        My mobile was damaged on service request number 1735246 on jan 2017 but when my mobile got replaced i did not receive any documents or replacement letter.
                        I had a second claim service request number 1834364 on mar 18 2017 it got rejected due to replacement letter was not submitted and on 23 mar 2017 i requested a replacement letter from oneassist but till today that is 18 july 2017 there is no update from oneassist team iam regularly calling for every 48 hrs but they are not responding

                            आज से तीन पहले मेने 13000रुपये का फोन लिया था जिसको रिपेरिंग करने के लिए वन अस्सिटेंट की और से रखा हुवा लोगस्टिक पाटनर ने मेरे यह से 12 जुलाई को मोबाइल पिक-अप किया था। जब 17 तारीख को जब मैने ट्रेक किया तो मुझे पता चला कि मेरा मोबाइल अभी तक डिलवर नही हुवा। कारण पता करने पर मुझे पता चला कि Ecom express pvt ने मेरा मोबाइल बारिश में भिगो दिया है और पूरा डेमेज कर दिया है। यही बात की कॉम्प्लेन करने जब में oneassist को फोन किया तो उन्होंने मुजे कोई संतोष कारण जवाब नहीं दिया। और Ecom logistics ahmedabad को फोन करने पर उन्होंने बोला कि आप ऊपर कम्पलेन ना करे।

                            इस कारण में one assist और ecom के खिलाफ कंज़्यूमर कोर्ट करूँगा और अखबार में one assist और ecom की लापरवाही के बारे में छपवउँग।

                              My service request_1905550, relationship no.874483. After 2.5 months they delivered a dead phone that to some other cheap model. I have no words to describe their bad service. They are fail in all their service. I am frustrated with this. I have reported this and no body has any information

                              Its three months and nobody is there to do anything about my phone. Worst worst worst service ever i have seen. They misplaced my phone and not doing anything for this. What a wonderful insurance company. I gave my phone for repair and they misplaced it. I insured with them and i lost my phone itself wowwwww.

                              Now, it is 3.5 months and no body is giving any update on this. Even i believe they have lost my phone. I don't know what to do. Worst company, worst customer service. Please beware and don't buy insurance from this. If every thing goes well its fine, but if something goes wrong, you cannot find any body where you can escalate your issue. They simply don't answer your calls.

Any such kind of information discussed with me at the time of credit card issuance.                                     I has been over a month and the company has no clue about the phone.
                                    The due date was supposed to be 12th july..
                                    Now the customer service is pathetic, they have no escalation procedure.. They log a callback and keep saying escalation team will call tomorrow everytime and no one ever calls.
                                    The customer service says "please wait for 48 hours" everytime i call.
                                    I even asked to get my phone as it is and cancel the warranty, they say they cannot do that as well.
