I have taken one assist damage protection plan for my moto g4 plus phone. On 3 rd july i have raised a claim for screen damage they said with in 24 hours claim link will be enabled to upload supporting documents. Till now i am not getting any link whether i have called so many times to there customer support and sent so many mails on happytoassist. Oneassit.in mail id. Every time i am getting same answer that their it team working on this and you have to wait for next 2 days. Now its already 15 days and i am unable to take advantage of my service.

When I asked to connect my call to concern person so that I can take latest update then they said they don't have authority to connect this call with any concern person, your request has been taken you have to wait they will call you. Till now not getting any call. Please find my below details -

Updated by varruby How much Time your team will take Mr. Brijesh. Today its completing 1 month when I was raised my claim and till now not getting any solution, just getting a lolipop for wait some time. This is extreme and I cant wait more, I need money equal to phone amount because as per your policy if you guys are unable to repair claimed phone then one assist will provide the cost of phone to customer and I am assuming this is the same case. And today one more interesting thing did with my account from one assist when I am trying to login in to oneassist website it said "We could not find this email id in our records. Please reconfirm your email id.", whether i have successfully logged in earlier and shared the screen print for showing no claim link there. Kindly assist me asap and do the needful. Thank you in advance.
