I have sent my details to claim on 30th may and after payment of excess amount your customer care executive told mobile will get repair within 16th of june later 21st of june finally told it will be delivered with 24th june or else i will get new mobile but mobile not yet get repaired and i didn't get new mobile and when ever i called customer care they are telling mobile will be delivered with in 24 to 48 hrs but it was not done and when ever i requested to transfer the call to speck with managers they had disconnected, really it is very much bad experience i never seen in my life and "if you are unable to repair the phone give it to me back" and don't play with me and please stop making foolishing the customers, i hope you understand the situation and again i'm requesting you "if you are unable to repair the phone give it to me back with in two days.
