I purchased a newly branded 3 Star ONIDA, 1.5 Ton Split AC for my Sister Residence at Sreekrishnapuram, Palakkad for their Summer requirement through Flipkart in the month of March and got it delivered at Installed within End of March 2025. We had faced some cooling issues during initial days and later noticed that no Air Flow was also there and raised a complaint to ONIDA Customer Team by the month of April end where the Team responded post multiple calls made thru Customer CARE and Online portal. Post raising the same, a technician visited by May 1st Week and said that FAN in the AC got defective and needs to be replaced which may take 2-3 days time as this needs to be delivered from Thiruvananthapuram or Mumbai.
Holding high patience, we waited almost a month with no call response from the team as well as mail response. On talking to a customer care agent last Week Wednesday who assured me the issue will be solved in a day, while 6 days later, no one even called back to understand the customer situation.
I gifted ONIDA AC to my sister considering the child and parents suffering during Summer while there is no use of the purchase of ONIDA AC as winter itself started. My family member recommended the same LG AC while I personally recommended ONIDA as I'm using the 2 Split AC in Chennai of the same brand for almost 9 years. It became a big internal issue due to the Poor performance and defective product supplied by FLIPKART Team and being unnoticed as well the same from ONIDA Customer care Support.
I got Top management details after multiple struggles to address my issue at earliest either with issue resolving and installing the new BRAND AC at earliest.
Expecting at least a proper response from the ONIDA Top Management @Mr. Vivek Saran & @ Muneeswaran. S in addressing the same.
