Onida / Mirc Electronics — no response from onida ac customer care on warrenty product

I purchased an AC from Flipkart in May 2024. A week ago, the AC developed a cooling issue, so I contacted Onida customer care for a technician since it is still under the 1-year warranty. The technician visited and informed me that gas refilling would cost ₹3500, to which I agreed. He promised to return the next day, but since then, he has not been answering my calls. I contacted customer care to expedite the resolution, but they closed the ticket without fixing the issue (Ticket No: VJ[protected]. I raised another request, but it has been a week with no response. Whenever I call customer care, they put me on hold. I did not expect this level of service from Onida.
