My onida tv leo40fsain is having mother board issue.. I have logged the complain twice but unfotunately first complaint got close without my knowledge and again i have booked a complaint the no is as follows 1810a[protected] but no service engineer has visited since 5 months tv is not working.. If i call the customer care they will say engineer will visit soon.. Before once they told the mother board is not available

now i am feeling little ok and comfort.. finally Onida has solved my TV Problem They had replaced new motherboard with chargeable basis and now tv is working fine there is no doubt.. but one thing i want to say is very expensive board.. mother board cost is very high when compare to other tv boards available in market... any how my tv is working fine and a big Thanks to Onida and Onida customer Care finally u cared about it

Updated by moulaali9 still i did not get any action from the customer service and also from service center... forcibly i only calling and getting the information from HO team but they are are not confirming the part(motherboard) is available or what... simply saying you have to wait wait... its been 6 months worst onida services i have seen and worst service providers irresponsible...

Hi,
Even I am in same boat. They are so adamant. They want things to happen as per their own terms and ignores customers. Very bad service. If anyone are reading these complaints please go for other brand.

Your local franchise of salem swarnspuri sent his service technician. Sameer for the same complaint. Said plc program has to done again. Charged rs 1500 for regramming Plc kit and rs 550 for visit some 15 days ago. Now same complaint lodged complaint 2.11.18, still no one turned up
