Dear Onida Team,
I am writing to formally raise my concern regarding the unresolved issue with my split AC, for which I have now registered three complaints — the first in the first week of May, the second on 24th May, and the most recent on 31st May.
Despite repeated follow-ups and numerous calls to your customer service team, I have yet to receive any response or service. What is even more disappointing is that each of my complaints has been closed without any communication, resolution, or visit from your technician.
The response from your call center has been extremely unhelpful. They have not provided any clear answers or solutions and, in many cases, have outright refused to offer any assistance. This experience has been frustrating and reflects very poorly on your company’s customer service standards.
I urge you to take immediate action to resolve this matter. If this issue is not addressed promptly and effectively, I will be compelled to escalate this further through legal means and consumer forums, as I have exhausted all other options.
Please treat this issue as urgent and ensure a prompt resolution.
I have sent email also and multiple followup but still no response.
