Online SBI — Failed withdrawal of Rs 10,000 from IDBI ATM (ID:001516)

A withdrawl of Rs 10, 000 was failed from ATM of IDBI ( ID:001516) situated opposite to Jawahar Bhawan at Lucknow dated on 05 .01.2015 vide txn No.[protected] through my SBI Debt card (account No [protected]).The Debt card used for transaction is issued from SBI Pantnagar Baranch.I tried to register the complaints through various toll free number but could not succeeded through connectivity problem.This is requested to SBI India to please refund the amount of Rs 10, 0000 that was not withdrawn from the ATM (ID:001516) of IDBI Bank ATM situated at Lucknow.
