[Resolved]  HDFC Bank Smart Buy — POOR SERVICE - NOT YET REFUND RECEIVED

I PLACED AN ORDER FOR INDUCTION STOVE TO HDFC SMARTBUY ON[protected] ORDER NO-.524854
RUPEES 2143 WAS CHARGED FOR THE SAME.THE ORDER WAS CANCELLED AFTER 2 WEEKS SEEING THE PRODUCT STATUS WAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED THOUGH THEY PROMISED TO SHIP IT IN 7 DAYS. NOW THEY HAVE SENT A MAIL SAYING TO CONTACT MERCHANT FOR MATTER DIRECTLY WHICH IS ABSURD WHEN THEY HAVE THE SMARTBUY AS A FRONT END. NOW ITS MY PROBLEM TO CONTACT MERCHANT TO GET AN APPROVAL. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.

DONT GO FOR HDFC SMART BUY. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR AND THEY ARE NOT BOTHERED. EVERY TIME YOU CALL AND ASK, THEY SAY THE SAME THING TO A MAIL TO THEIR SUPPORT WHICH HAS BEEN DONE HUNDRED TIME AND CALLED SUPPORT HUNDRED TIMES. NO ACTION PER SE.

There seems to be a fraud going on here.I think we have bang them with legal notice, to stop this from happening to others.
sir, i was book flifgt ticket from hdfc smart buy on 3rd june 2015, and cuted money 3871.00, but booking not done.so refund my money ...

HDFC Smartbuy is very unreliable organisation. They don't have business ethics. I have cancelled my flight ticket 15days back. Airline has refunded the money to smartbuy 14 days back. smartbuy is not refunding money to my credit card. Its of amount Rs.3995/-.

Never do any deal with hdfc smartbuy. Very bad team as well as very bad organisation. Customer support is very bad.

I have booked a flight ticket on 01/07/2015 from Hyderabad to Bangalore for Journey date 16/07/2015 through HDFC smartbuy (Goibibo Partner). But the same had been aborted from Goibibo.

Many times I call & e-mailed to smartbuy, they only says wait for 48-hours more for crediting the amount in my credit card account, till now no refund received. No e-mail from smartbuy I have received yet too.

I also did transaction of amount 18K(flight bookings) .I had to cancel my flights its almost 40 days passed but didn't get refund amount...
The worest experience I ever had.

I RECHARGE FOR BSNL PREPAID FOR RS 2000 ON 13/04/2015 AND THIS PAYMENT HAVE BEEN SETTLED TO SMART BUY MERCHANT A/C ON NEXT WORKING DAY BUT SMART BUY IS NOT RECHARGED AND I COMPLAINTS FOR ABOVE 20 TIMES TO SMART BUY BUT NO RESPONCE FROM THEM, MY MERCHANT ID[protected] DONT GO FOR HDFC SMART BUY. I am facing the same refund issue as well. Did you all get your refund finally?

Customer Care doesnt seem to be picking my call at all.
I booked the flight ticket and post cancellation send 8+ mails to the smartbuy team and wait for more than 25 days but not yet received my refund amount.

It seems like smart buy is cheating with me and they dont want to return my money back.

Worst service situation is very pathetic

Pura nahi dala fir bhi apyment successful hogaya or abb mai jub smartbuy help line mai call karta hu to sahi javab nahi milta or bolte hai ki apka payment abb refund nahi hoga aisi ghatiya service mene ajj tak nahi dekhi yeh public ka pesa apne pass daba dete hai yeh ek behuda ghatiya app hai plz dosto iss app pe se koi recharge mat karna varna apka haal hi mera jaisa ho hoga...

Has anyone got any solution for this problem?

I also booked a flight through HDFC smart buy with goibibo partner. After booking it was mentioned that "Your booking is under process. We will confirm your booking via Email/SMS in the next 60 minutes." But still I haven't received any confirmation. They are not replying to email and not able to get in touch with customer care person even after holding the phone for 30 mins.

Even i have done the payment for booking the flight and it has been cancelled by the merchant.
the amount (12, 500) has deducted from my account and the refund also not yet happened so far.

Really very bad app.
HDFC Smartbuy is a sham!
A team o[censored]nskilled people is hired by HDFC Smartbuy who call you when they see a failed booking from my side on their website. My booking was failed due to a payment issue post which I received a call from Smartbuy saying they'll book the tickets on my behalf and replicate the same itinerary. Their representative incorrectly selects a onward journey date to a month prior than what i had mentioned in the previous itinerary. Instead of accepting their mistake they have just been trying to avoid calls from my number or they have placed my call on hold 8 times post which they don't call back. There isn't any revert on money being refunded to my account.

Smartbuy is a fraudulent company with no humanity grounds. This brand is just created to harass the customers
