I bought a thing from your site. But that's not what i said. If you call your customer care, the phone will not take me if i do not have my money back and i'm going to take...

I ordered noise play camera on this website few days ago but when it reached to me and i opened the box the product is completely different which is of very cheap quality where there is no description and showing on other websites around 700 rupees
I called many times on[protected] number but they constantly stop receiving my calls where i repeatedly called for days but no response from your side
Now i'm frustrated and going...

My order no. [protected] was done on 7th august and received on 11 august 2018. The payment was done with hdfc creditcard and the money has been deducted.

I ordered this product on 9 th December. Ref [protected] via onlineskyshop.(Home Store - New Delhi is the seller). It is a repeat order as I bought same product a month back. But to my great disappointment I just received the product 10 mts back from courier. I had purchased sweat slim belt as per below order reference. The belt supplied is not as per the size required. I had mailed the same with detail to customer care but no response has been received till date. I had ordered a morning walker. The product delivered was a cheaper model. They just do not respond to mails or phone calls. And when they do, they are super rude.
I was told that the replacement would reach within 4 days and it's past 10 days.
Voucher worth 1500 has not been credited too.
I could contact them only twice in the last 15 days. The phones keep ringing, they are always offline.
