Ordered noise play ultra HD 16mp.
but received fake cane just they have pasted the sticker noise play. battery is not charging, video quality is like 2mp camera.
it is not worth of 2499/- i need a refund for the same.

    Good Day!

    I have received an order today. My Order #[protected]

    I am very very disappointed with this product(Noise Turbo Smartwatch).

    This watch battery condition is not good and it is not working properly and watch back panel is not fix because of battery.

    And I observed the product is not the same in the portal image which i saw and ordered. (Noise logo is not there in the watch)

    So I am very very disappointed. Could you return this product ASAP.

      I have ordered noise play camera.after recieving i found that it is wrong product, not the one i wanted.i told customer service to arrange pickup because i dont want it.after that when i tried to reach them, they stop answering my calls. Totally helpless, want my money back

            I was informed that product will be returned if in case any damages...and refund will be intiated...I called and requested for return ...no response. They blocked my number.. fraud website... fraud ppl.. cheaters.

                I have purchased Noise play action camera from your website, after delivery i checked the product i realized that its computer connecting function is not working then i called to your registered contact number fort further return procedure, one lady executive took the phone and said that we accepted your return and refund confirmation after 24 hours you will get call from our team for pickup and refund procedure . its been another week right now still i didn't get any call from your team and the particular number is not answering to my call. Is this your easy return policy? I really don't understand what service may you have provided to your customers. it was very bad and experience to shop with your website, kindly do the strictly action for this ASAP

                  I have Ordered a set of 6 air bra on online skyshope for Rs. 2499 on 29th October and the customer care service lady has called me before, I placed the order and she has explained me about the return policy of 30 days. I recieved the product on 2nd November today . The product is fake, its didnt have a proper package, the sizes and the color are different from what I have ordered. The quality is very poor. It looked like a used one. I tried the customer care since I received the product. They didnt pick up the call. Has emailed them with the recieved product photos.no response. Tried calling them from a different number. They picked up and cut the call in the middle. Didnt respond or pick the call. Pls respond and refund my money back.Thanks.

                            I had ordered for R C helicopter vide order no is sm2021401 of rs 1299 but received only simple helicopter of rs 499 vide air way bill no [protected].
                            I am very upset because I paid 1299 and couldn't get the right product more over it is not in right condition so pls exchange it with correct one.

                                    I have ordered (order#SM2021106) a "wifi LED Projector with multiple inputs" on 1st of Oct. I got a confirmation call on the same day by [protected] and on SMS as well they confirmed the same product.

                                    Cost of this product was Rs 5299 as shown in the portal. I have taken snapshot of that product as well.

                                    i have got a very low quality product, which is a non-wifi Projector. its market cost is just half of what i paid. It seems it is a big fraud company which always sends wrong product of half cost. Please take action and let me know the action i can take at my end.
