I have ordered sure vision glasses on 31st aug 2020, price 2099 rs but i received another company product, instead of sure vision glasses and i try to contact sky shop they didn't attend any call or response, i paid for this c o d and now I want refund my money.

I am order noise play action cam and he send me, Sports action cam different product send me that is not noise play action cam that is wrong product send me

I had ordered a set of 6different coloured aire bras last month in a small size but after waiting for quite some time for the delivery, i was sent bkack white and beige colours in sizes 3xl And L. In spite of repeated complaints over the phone and on line i have not been contacted within 24hrs to resolve the problem as they claim. This seems to be a bug fraud company which misleads customers -no one picks up their phone either!

I buy noise smart camara with water proof. But the product is not working and received product is not of noise company. Please i want to return it.

I have recvd cheap headphones instead of samsung level after that i have connected customer care and they given me an email id to mail the pictures for the same. They sent me 80 rs headphone for 1070 rs what a cheater they are also item is completely different from the pictures i need complete refund for the same still they are in complete zero reply condition some serius action should be taken to should fraud people
But now not they are not receiving my call also

I was order a noice play shoot camera... But a got a different product which is dead condition... I need a replacement of camera with original product..

And if you not have the original then send my refund to me as soon as possible

Ordered for home nicer dicer (Vegetable cutter) and paid rs, 970 through my credit card on the same day. Vide order number rm [protected]. Ref. Merchant no, 1197277. But supplied different product of nicer dicer which m i do not want it, ordered and paid the amount on 2.12.19 and recd. The product on 5.12.19. I have ordered surevision from onlineskyshop.com - order no rm[protected] on 12 oct 2019 and paid by cash on delivery. But the product i received was very cheap and it is not labelled also and is sent in a box with no company name and address on it. I want to return it as not satisfied with the quality of the product and the phone number in the site is not receiving the calls. I want my money back.

I have ordered "noise play action camera" but they delivered a very less worthy camera which is also faulti and does not work at all. I had ordered "noise play ultra hd action camera black 16 mp" which worth 2499 rs at their site, but they sent me 549 rs camera. I have already paid 2500 rs on cash on delivery basis. Plz refund, i am feeling helpless.

Complaint details:- Miss Sonia responds on ph no [protected] sometimes, else she saves your ph no permenantly and doesn't respond to it at all.

I have been calling daily and also emailed them that this product came to us via post but twister's white coloured round shield is missing and hence either it be replaced or refunded, they have changed the product name, pricing on their website after my first call of complaint, she gave me a different email id to email which I did, again no response, she stopped picking ph.

Kindly help resolve me to get the defective product replaced or better to get the money refunded, I can courier back their product accordingly

I ordered the 9 aire bra medium, so when i opened the package i found that it was old torn bra and also you were supposed to give 9 different coloured bras but i got 4 pink and 5 red coloured, and i would have even compromised if the quality was good but it is of so so worst quality, i expect you to look into the matter as soon as possible and please response asap as it's a matter of a lot of money, i hope you'd contact me and consider this as priority and please contact us asap

I have ordered the noise play action camera for rs 2419 on 19/01/2019. And was able to received the product within 4-5 days. After reciving the product i came to know it was a fake chinese product sports cam and only sticker stick on the camera as noise play., further i noticed it was used camera since it had lots of scratches and smudges on the camera screen, after turning on the camera i saw its display was also not working as well. I tried to call customer support many times but they were not answering neither my call nor emails. It is very much clear these website is a bogus website and trying to trick many customer. Serious action is require to be taken on these website and shut it down as early as possible.
Further i will also like to mention that to trick the customer this website also came up with gift voucher for rs 2000 which was not recevied as well.
I desire to get my refund for rs 2419.

I ordered a action camera noise play from onlineskyshop.in for 2500rs and received a bogus product with a sticker of noise play. When i checked the camera details, it's a chinese camera of rs worth 799. I am in loss. Their customer service doesn't pick up call. They have blocked my mails and won't return my calls. Please help me out. 2500 is a big sum for me.

Today i received the product as i ordered it on 18 November. When i received it was packed in very poor condition! The product box was not even sealed! The camera is damaged piece, it is of cheap quality and seems like might have been used before. I expect that the product should be changed or either return my money back! Im even trying to call customer care, but they are not picking up the phone. This is an serious issue, i have lost my 2500 rupees which is alot of amount! If they are not co-operating, what are we expected to do next? Filling a case against them?
