I am paresh padhiyar... I order my 5 printed cotton shirt from onlineclues. But i received product is totally different from image view in website of www.onlineclues.com and that's why i felt guilty. For website and that different colours product so i want to return my product... When i call in costumer care service it's always busy so... I want my money return.

As i purchased men's shirts from online clues on 24th nov 2017 and received on 27th nov 2017 after receiving i did open parcel and check it wasn't as shown on purchase time means design ate different where i selected same design but different colours also check one shirt sleeve has dark colored marking and all extra thread not removed.
So i called on [protected]/39 and spoken to c. C officer who understands my issue and mark for return parcel and given complin number as 53350 on 27th nov 2017 also said someone called and credit paid amount to my bank account but till now no action seen from your end.
Waiting for it.

The product delivered was different from that shown and also quality is worse than road side free items... I have placed return request but these # haven't bothered to revert.

They clearly mention that there is a return and refund policy but have not reverted.

Also despite calling their customer care number multiple times.. It was coming continuously engaged... As of now i dropped a mail. To their cs as well as posted in their customer care message..
