Onsitego — Daikin AC repair

I raised an issue on 22nd June for my AC not cooling. Technician visited twice and finally concluded main PCB is faulty. Yet to this date I don't have an estimate as to when my AC will be fixed. Also to make matters worse they have created 3 different service tickets with incorrect dates. This allows them to say the request was raised on a later date.

Very bad experience. I recommend not to use OnsiteGo ever.

Vijay sales please stop promoting onsitego extended warranty. I was pushed to buy the same by vijay sales and now nobody is responding to my problems
