Onsitego — Extended Warranty issue

This is regarding my Extended Warranty, which i got with Sony Smart purchased from TATA Cliq.

1) TATA Cliq Provided me Extended Warranty that would be provided by OnsiteGo for free of Cost under an offer on Independence Day 15/Aug/2018.
2) I filled the details on link provided by TATA Cliq via email.
2) Received acknowledgment from TATA Cliq that my Extended Warranty details will be directly sent on my registered details within 90 days from OnsiteGo.
3) My product gone faulty on June-2020 and I checked with OnsiteGO, the executive told me that she is able to check my registered details in their database but no plan entered against it.
4) If Link is submitted with all requested details and no details available with OnsiteGo means, there is some issue with OnsiteGo team who received details but not filed against my registered details.

I am continousy checking with OnsiteGo but they are asking for Plan Invoice which they never provided to me. Now if the details are there in their portal means there is something that i purchased against details were entered.
No one from OnsiteGo is taking care of my issue. I already have my profile created on OnsiteGo (screen shot) which is only possible when i have purchase any product and register my details with OnsiteGo against that purchase.

They have never shared me the Plan Invoice at the time of Purchase. I was not aware what is the process or what will be the criteria that needs to follow while raising service request.

Please take a look and support to resolve the issue asap.
