Dear Sirs,

I am running out of patience continuously following up with you regarding my Onsitego query[protected].

I have written multiple emails, to which I have not received any or proper response for resolving my issues.

I have written emails several times requesting you to resolve the issue but I am not getting a reply from your end.

I request you to immediately resolve all the issues pertaining to:

1. the Extended Warranties as well as the AMC purchased by us along with the white goods, from Croma.
2. Request for change of change my registered mobile number in your records and
3. Request for change of the Contact Person name from Mrs. Farah Cama to Mr. Nekdad Cama.

Kindly ensure that I receive a reply and my queries are suitably resolved.

Also kindly share with me the procedure for escalation of my complaint to the higher level of Onsitego.
