I had bus from pune to bangalore on 21st of feb 2019 (Ott 1040). I reached the orange office at 7pm. I enquired about the bus the staff at wakad replied that it will be late by 15 mins. Hence i went nearby for snacks and retured at 7 20. Still the bus was not there so i enquired at office again and i was shocked to hear from them that the bus has left 5 mins back. I asked them why they didn't call me and without my checking in how come they allow the bus to leave. But the receptionist at wakad office was very irresponsible and said to take ola cab on my own to the next stop that is katraj. Then i booked ola cab to katraj which is 25kms from wakad. Thereby i called the bus staff they said to reach katraj on time or else they will leave. I have 3 serious questions which i need you to attend
1. How come the staff at wakad leave the bus without my check in the bus and also without calling me. The last call i received from wakad staff was at 6:30pm which was reminder
2. Why the staff didn't arranged vehicle to drop me at next stop when it was there mistake.
3. How come the bus staff did not check my seat before leaving.
I want you to take serious action on orange wakad staff or else i need to go for higher complaint or may even file case if i find after i return to pune i find the no action has been taken against them
