Dear Sir/Madam, Kindly note I bought a Tata Nano XT from Berkeley Tata Motors, Chandigarh last year in the month of September bearing registration number WB 24 AE 1720. I opted for Oriental Insurance since it is one of the most trusted and reliable brands in the insurance sector. Within a few days of purchasing my vehicle i got transferred to my home town i.e. Kolkata. In the month of February '16 the rear left hand side door of my vehicle was damaged. The vehicle was taken to BB Motors, Kolkata (Authorized Tata Service Centre) where i was informed they do not have the infrastructure to claim for Oriental Insurance so i would have to pay first and the amount would get reimbursed into my account. I deposited all the required documents at your Kolkata office to Mr.Kishore Kumar Nath (surveyor), who in return assured all the documents have been sent to Chandigarh Office and the amount would be disbursed from there. After following up with him, I Called up the Insurance department at Berkeley Tata Motors where Ms. Latika told me Mr. Abtar Singh is looking into my case from Oriental Insurance. It has been months of rigorous follow ups and i am still awaiting my amount. I am Writing to you after loosing all hope. Looking forward to your kind intervention.. Thanking you in anticipation..
