    This is Mohamed Azharudeen. Before i have a code with oriental insurance company. And last december 2022 i cancel my code with that company because of i joined in a company. But still now the code is inforce. Kindly change the status as terminated or surrender in pan status

      Dear Team,
      This is to inform you that I am working with Baroda UP Bank and having group health insurance with The Oriental Insurance Co Ltd and the policy number is 221300/48/2023/1130.
      I had an accident on 17th March 2023 and my elbow was broken and I had to undergo elbow surgery. After that I have submitted all required medical documents to the company for reimbursement purposes. My claim number is [protected]. After the process and some query my Claim was passed but the company deducted the amount of the implant (Rs 20896) that was used in my surgery with reason patient name not mentioned in the implant bill. I have contacted the customer care for inquire for the same and inform them that the implant was purchased by the hospital so the bill was in the name of hospital and I paid the total surgery cost as a breakup wise bill provided by the hospital. But the customer care representative told me that the patient name should be mentioned on the bill. After that he suggested for submit a written declaration from the hospital in their letter head to confirm that the purchased implant was used in my Surgery.
      After that I contacted the hospital and arranged the written confirmation for the same on the hospitals letterhead with a doctors sign and seal and submitted it to the company. But still again the claim was rejected by the company stating that hospital letter is not sufficient to pay the invoice amount and arrange to provide a proper invoice with the patient name mentioned. But the problem is that the invoice was already issued in the name of the hospital and how can I get another invoice. And the hospital already provided written confirmation for the same that was sufficient to prove that the implant was used in my surgery. But the insurance company deliberately rejected the claim with unfair reason.
      All the supporting documents are attached here for your reference, kindly look into the matter and do the needful to resolve the issue and help me to receive my claim amount.

          This is to bring to your kind notice and appropriate action against my claim which is pending from 3 months without any resolution.
          I would request your kind intervention in this matter with immediate effect.
          policy no 462900/31/2023/106, DoA 27 May 2022.
          Vehicle repair work already completed 2 months back, this was after confirmation from the local surveyor, now the claim is not processed because the final report is not submitted by the surveyor, hence the show room people not giving the vehicle to me.
          Now I am in deep trouble, I don't know what to do now, I am still paying the monthly EMI to the banker.
          I have called many no.of time to the customer care, they advised me to contact the nodal officer Mr. Sanhit Polamuri, mob: [protected] and cliem manager Mr. Sudhakar Babu mob: [protected], I have not got the satisfactory response from them. I have a compliment in IRDAI, IGMS token no:[protected].

          Now I am getting pressure from the Showroom to take the vehicle delivery, 2 days back I went to showrooms to see the vehicle condition, its abandon in stock add, i am worried about the vehicle condition,
          This vehicle was gifted to my sweet daughter, she is asking about it daily, which is very difficult to answer.
          Surveyor is wantedly holding the cliem by not submitting the final inspection report, hence delay in taking the vehicle delivery.
          He is taking advantage of it, and not submitted the final report to the insurance company, hence I am stuck here.
          I am not willing to pay any kind of benefits to the the surveyor to satisfy his grievance.
          I would request your intervention and to my satisfactory resolution.

            Raksha tpa claims that the amount has been credited in my account. In spite of sending them bank statement of the account they are not crediting my account till now(after 2 and half years ) of passing the claim.

              Surveyeor person Mr. S.K Singh is not responding properly during survey he is reject my claim and he says in Tata motors these type problem are commonly. I'm not satisfied his behavior during calling me on call, he is expecting like bribe on behalf of my claim approval.

              I am requesting you for resurvey my vehicle tomorrow with any other surveyeor person.

                I had email last year for my medical insurance claim related issue where we had recieved only partial amount only from the entire claim amount. ALL working and documents are shared on BIMALOKPAL Email ID and i had spoken to some lady too on the landline number[protected]/23 where i was told to connect after April 2022. i tried calling on this number, no one is asnwering to my complaint number MH-H[protected].
                sir please understand, we are 3 daughters and my father is retired cancer patient. he had got covid last year Jan 2021 End for which he was treated in Hiranandani for one week. Billing was done for Rs 137000 where only 60k was settled and rest amount not given by the insurance company stating some covid norms. Sir i have shared all document from Hiranandani hospital to you PLEASE HELP HELP HELP me get the hard earned money, chasing from more than a year now.

                      This company is in relation with Paramount health services and insurance TPA PVT. LTD. (contact.[protected]@paramounttpa.com) to which we are paying from last 5 years so that it can help us in condition of critical medical expense. So we purchased it for my father and claimed for dengu last year. We submitted all documents, but always they kept asking new documents so that they can disturb us and we can cancel the request and at last they asked for dengu medical kit from Govt side only. We are not from medical side and not pay for checking all the things when any member is in critical medical situation. We have provided all documents and even Dr has given in written why he started treatment. If there is any concern from insurance company side, they should raise concern with Dr as why he didn't get checked dengu from Govt hospital, because from our side we checked from private dengu kit. We don't pay every year for listening rejection due to any document, then what was use of other documents which are more than 50. If there is any concern, take action on Dr, why insurance company is stopping our amount. We take such plans so that can handle such financial burden. Even we saw other cases when that company is denying by giving such excuses.

                        Oriental company insaurance is not passing my claim from last 1 year, I have submitted all the documents but they are not responding. I have visited the office 50 times, I called them but no response. They are just giving excuses. It’s been one year I have been visiting their office but no response.

                            With reference to the above, I have submitted my claim for Rs.284429/- (Rs.269429 Hospitalization expenses and Rs.15000/-Pre hospitalization expenses) for reimbursement of my insurance claim on dated 10/04/2021 but I have received only Rs.218135/-dated 11/06/2021.

                            OICL through its TPA Raksha TPA creates two claim no.
                            1. [protected] dt.11.05.2021 for Rs.269429/-
                            2.[protected] dt.21.07.2021 for Rs.15000/-

                            But I have received less amount agst.claim no.[protected] and claim no.[protected] for Rs.66294 (i.e.[protected]

                            I have submitted all the detaila along with all original supporting documents and also so may reminders on email and on telephone they are not issuing the balance payment.
                            It is prayed to pls release all my pending payment from the Insurance company.

                              I am M. sadik, holder of a vehicle policy number 211200/31/2022/70230 of my honda Amaze car No KL31 m 5254. The car was delivered to Honda's service centre ( Palace Honda Kayamkulam, Kerala) on September 8th, following an accident on September 7 th, 2021. I have paid the repair charge for the car in advance. The next day the application was submitted to the Kayamkulam branch of Oriental insurance along with all the documents for payment of the insurance claim, but no action has been taken so far. Therefore action should be taken to get the amount as soon as possible.

                                its 3rd policy of my car but up to now i didn't got claim but this last week after accident my car damaged so i have parked at meerut car show room for claim from oriental insurance but the surveyor refused to claim because he needed previous policy which ones i had already submitted parking time at agency
                                so now they need different different type of documents for excuses
                                its more than 01 week no activities for my car claim by oriental insurance i am daily 05-06 times calling them even customer care but they are just playing with me
                                due to this issue i am suffering too much because i cant move without my car anywhere like my office to job /duty
                                now days cold is too much and they still blackmailing me
                                so plz help me accordingly

                                        I am Bijoy Roy Chowdhury, my vechile policy from ORIENTAL INSURANCE COMPANY PVT LTD.

                                        POLICY NO. - 311400/31/2021/1146

                                        I am suffering insurance related problem since long time. I have claim my insurance cause of an accident.
                                        But company agent and company's staff harass many time also rude behavior.

                                        At first inform insurance company to i want work my vechile related works from authorized service center that wise i was sent an estimate copy to the insurance company, after that some serious problem cause, i am works in local garage WITH COMPANY APPROVAL AND FOLLOWED BY COMPANY RULES WISE WRITTEN APPLICATION.
                                        but now upto company created confusion with previous estimate and present estimate copy.

                                        I have already inform company in my previous estimated copy have missing some internal parts which have been damage in accident. That wise my local garage estimate value is some amount increase. But company will not satisfied by their own approval.

                                        Please say What can i do now? I am physicaly and mentaly very disappointed and disturbing in company confusing policy wise . In this accident i have spent lots of money in this crisis situation and now i am in some financial problem because of my vechile is my one of my earning way of my whole family but since long insurance company delay my claim progress to completed it by creating problem.

                                        Sir/Mam, my humble request to you please help me in this situation i am in financial trouble, if insurance company will credit my claim amount as soon as possible, i am overcome my financial problem and also save my livehood.
