Dear Sir,
I am an approximately 1.5 month old customer of your esteem Ortel Broadband connection service, with Costumer I.D:- 1167645. With much disgust, i would like to bring into your notice that, within this span of 1.5 months, we would have availed the service hardly for 20 days with a lot of disruption in between. You just simply check with our customer id, how many complaints we have already registered with you people. In spite of flooding your complaint box, there is shameless sign of improvement in service from your end.
The hell is happening since last 10-12 days, as we are unable to avail your much celebrated service. During these days, its a day to day task of ours to check the availability of internet, followed by a series of non-sense calls to your dignitary field officer, customer care executives, sales persons who are well trained in giving silly excuses and fallacious commitments without any action taken.
From the day 1 of the installation, your much sophisticated brand new Modem didn't work and got replaced by a used one. Again a couple of days back another brand used modem got replaced, but no results in hand till date.
To our utter irritation and your utmost un-professionalism, we are being asked many a times to bring the modem to the office by ourselves. When ever we wanted to have a discussion with top management level, we are requested to give some more time (at max 6-24h) for the problem to be fixed, but no miracle happened till this time.
We exactly unable to figure out whether we are fools to spend our valuable times running after you even after repeated in vain of the efforts or you people are making us fool by committing us such non-sense services.
At least, after writing this mail we will expect the permanent resolution of the issues or please excuse us, since your revered service may no more be required to us.
