Since last 5 days my modem is offline and if at all getting some slow browsing signal that is for a very limited time say 5/10 minutes. when I lodge a complain, complain gets registered but in the midnight I am getting an sms that your complain has been resolved. nobody actually visits nor any call is received regarding rectification of problem. their charter of duties says discounted bill will be charged if complain is not rectified for 24 hrs/72 hrs or so. but they charge full bill at the end of the month. it happened 4/5 times with me.
