Ortel Communication — very poor and careless service.

Sir. I am somesh kumar maharana from jatni. Khurda road. Currently going through a very big problem of internet sheding problem... Even after giving too many complaints ortel customer customer carecare only states me to wait 24 hours eveeven after the problem is not being shshorted out. PleasePlease tatake some action...
