Ortel Communications — after payment didn't get receipt and not getting cable connection.

Ortel communications ltd, baleswar branch has bill collectors, who come door to door to collect cable tv bills. After paying 2 months of bill the field guy said he will give receipt after collection from next door. After waiting for the whole day without getting the bill when i called him, he refused to give receipt. When i complained at their office regarding this, they also refused to do so and said we don't know the guy, where as he was the regular guy (Pappu).
Now when i am trying to pay bill through online, its's showing 2 months pending payment. They disconnected the cable connection as well and not picking my ccalls.
