[Resolved] Ortel Communications — broadband connection down since 10 days | |||
Since 10 days my broadband internet connection is offline. After repeated Calls to the customer care and raising several tickets the problem is still Not resolved. All i am getting false assurances but no technician has come Down to fix this. No one from the ortel service seems to be concerned about This. I am seriously frustrated with such kind of poor service. At the Present moment i request ortel to fix this issue as soon as possible or else They should notify me that they are unable to fix this.
