Ortel Communications — Broadband offline since last 10 days and Customer care is USELESS and worst by them | |||
First I wiould like to say that the service provided by Ortel Communications Bhubaneswar is the worst one can even imagine. The internet goes offline every now and then. Either you call customer care or wait for few hours, it will come back. The speed goes way down to kbps for few hours also. The major issue started on 25th May 2021 when the broadband internet went offline. Complain was raised to customer care on 26th May. Since then we have been calling regularly to the so called Customer care (who literally haas no power to get the problem rectified) about the status and the typical reply we receive is "Sir, The problem will be sorted today at the earliest". But nothing happens. Even no one calls to find out the problem also. It seems the connectivity problem cannot be handled by customer care. Even the higher authorities are not responding on emails.
