We have a cable tv connection of ortel comm for the past many many years. Experience is frequent disruption of services. Complaints are not attended promptly. Hence, it is our request to accept this complaint as a notice for disconnecting your cable services to our memb no 00246939/ mr no b[protected] forthwith.
