[Resolved] Ortel Communications — cable tv connection (shifting) | |||||
I was using cable tv from ortel (Cust no:994448) in dhenkanal i got shifted to cuttack (Chauliaganj) so i applied for the shifting in dhenkanal on 2/7/17 and applied for reconnecting on 6/7/17 by dipositing a transfer fee of 200 inr. But it's been almost two weeks since i applied for reconnecting and reconnection have not been done yet. On 9th july a technician named ramesh came for connecting but he didn't give connection that day because of requirement of more cable, i enquired with him for connection several times but he always said higher official are not coming and then three days later switched off his phone. I called ortel helpline several times but nothing happened till date (17/7/17). When i shifted from dhenkanal ortel officials kept the advance money as due amount so my dues are also clear. So i can't understand where is the problem occuring. Please help me solve my problem. Was this information helpful? | |||||
