Dear sir, I m taking broadband connection from ortel group from 1 feb ...and from that day onwards my life gone miserable ...whenever i want to use internet there was no internet connectivity .. In starting days i complain customer care they rectify my problem but it takes time... But now since 10 feb they even not respond to my calls also ...even the person who r coming to take money they also not respond my call and msg ... I also email to nodal group and appellate but they didnt reply... I request you take action as soon as possible ... They are haressing me like anything Was this information helpful? | |||||
