Dear sir From last few months we are not getting any proper signal. From last week i hv lodged complaints regarding not getting signal. We r are unable to see our tv from one week. After several complains no action is taken yet. So i would request you take your setup box immediately by sending your representative and return my security. By seeing your service from last few months we are highly dissatisfied with you. I am sure that very soon ortel communication will lose its identity. Was this information helpful? | |||

Kindly disconnect my ortel digital connection. My membership no is 00132069 having address at Jagannath Lane, Badambadi, Cuttack.

My customer id 350152 and its day 3 and still my internet connection is not fixed. Do your organisation dont even have the sense to work on the issue.
