Sir, my customer id is 1459099 in kasibugga, i took connection in june 2016, till that date they are not came to my house to receive bill payment. Every month i went to the office to pay the bill after disconnection. So many times i complained about this matter, but they don't react positively. To day i receive a message on my tv screen if you don't pay the bill today, the connect will disconnect. How many times will i go to your office to pay the monthly bill.
