Ortel Communications — my wifi is not working since 4 days... i complained daily.. they came but at the end result zero.. till now there is no connection

Professionally i am a doctor... For my study purpose i took wifi connection this month... Wifi network is not available since 4 days. Complaining about 20 times... The result is zero.. Technician come but nothing sorted out.. This harrased me mentally, physically.. I had to go to the office regularly.. Still not working.. Since education is our basic right.. No one have the power to disrupt it.. Kindly take aa strong action
