Ortel Communications — neither tv signal not internet is working | |||
From last two weeks tv signal is not coming and internet is also not working. They install new setup box still tv is not working. Internet service is very bad. None of customer service person receive calls. Very poor servicing. Even if they receive call, didn't solve problems and talk rudely. Customer care person even said that the tv problem is due to some common problem. Everyone is facing the issue. But it was not like that. I checked my neighbours tv. Proper signal is coming. They even said it will resolved today but still not resolved yet. Very bad ortel service. Was this information helpful? | |||
