From may onwards there was fani cyclone, in bhubaneswar which is unavoidable circumstances and for that, there was no internet for straight 60 days (2 months — may and june 2019) which is understandable. My problem: 1) even after all became normal, there was a regular problem with the internet. There was internet for some period of the day and rest of the day the modem was offline. 2) the people at customer care do not even care to listen to our query and even they talk as if it is the customer who took their salary. 3) it's ok there was no internet but again forcing the customer to pay the whole amount (657 +657 for 2 months ortel zest plan) is not good. And its the company's fault that they were unable to provide internet under the circumstances but why should the customer even pay for not even using your internet and again sorry to say it's not us who are not using the services but it's on you who were unable to provide internet facilities. So i would like to disconnect the internet permanently after using your internet for more than a decade. (I did go to surrender the connection last year but your so-called rude officials didn't even care to listen to my query instead asked me to come after 1 month) Please let me know how can i surrender the connections. Note: i have attached proof of no internet used due to unavailability in the attached screenshots. And it's like i am paying money for not getting your internet services.
