I have a broadband connection with cust id: 1446266 from ortel communications. Iam getting trouble all the time with this broadband connection. The broadband was disconnected from 18th may and,
I am complaining every day twice/thrice about this issue to ortel but they are just completely ignoring. Everytime they are saying we will follow up with the complaint but they are doing nothing.

Also they are generating false bill every month.

From past 3 month I am complaining about net issue not a single person attended my system rather than I am paying the rental charges is it phenomenon of good company please do the solution asap or I will surrender . Customer I'd 1175187

The remote of digital TV is not functioning since last 4 days.first I thought it happens due to remote battery problem, I replaced the old battery by new one, But it is not working.please make it replaced or repaired.
