[Resolved]  Ortel Communications — 'no signal' for tv connection since sunday evening and no response to repeated complaint over phone.

When contacted over phone, one person say it will take 1 to 24 hours while the other person next day says it may take up to 48 hours or beyond. Wonder if there is any clarity on the subject by those appointed by ortel to receive complaints from costumers. Ortel is prompt is taking monthly payment but too poor in providing required services.
