[Resolved] Ortel Communications — non-availability of broadband services most of the time and hence i want to disconnect the connection

Though i complain less still not resolved and the same problem again and again
So please disconnect and send your staff to collect the modem as i am an aged person and i can not send any one else to your office to submit the machine.
Your staff came and requested to take the connection with good services, which is not available so far.
Kindly disconnect and collect the modem
