[Resolved] Ortel Communications — not getting invoice after online payment | |||||
My membership number 01802057. They are not providing any invoice and alert sms or mail for billing. On june 30th, they disconnect our internet service without any notification. I have paid rs.1900 through net banking and after 2 days they provide service. But after 1 months again same thing happened. Some customer care executive told me that you havnot paid for last 2 months, some executives told that you cant get invoice if you pay online. They are not using proper updation if you paid they said no, that simple means they are working in manual process. So guys i just request all of you please keep all invoice for future records, sometime they ask for payment which you paid for said amount. Dont take any broadband or tv cable connections from ortel communication. Pathetic service ever Was this information helpful? | |||||

no one is coming to collect the monthly amount for the connection for the ortel from the last 2months no one is coming and collecting the money now the connection is discontinued and giving any response by your team
