Ortel Communications — Not getting the proper service

We have paid our bill today from 12 pm and now it's 8.30 pm bt still we are not getting the connection of cable. This is not the 1st time we r facing this type of problem before tht many more times. They are not concious abt their services and they always pulling their customers into trouble. We r not getting the proper connection always. We had faced conection failed like situation max time in the month and getting the connection after 3/4 days.
