Hi all, Ortel communication broadband service Consumer id: 01249421 I have submitted a complain with ortel on 16-may-2016 The modem is offline for the past 7 days. Repeated calls (5-6 calls everyday) and enquiry with customer care is futile. They keep assuring the issue will be resolved in few hours but no avail. No response from customer care or any sort of technical assistance. Ortel neither values customers nor connectivity. Pathetic service!! Was this information helpful? | |||||
