And my name is gourahari mahali from parlakhemundi, gajapati, odisha district
Its a prepaid cable service i have not paid the monthly bill of 4 months because i did not want to see it in that months
But how payment due is showing in prepaid service
I have called yhe care service several times but they are not answering properly
I want to close the customer id as soon as possible
