I sri jagannath nanda, 75 years old having customer number 1542983 Deposited rs.200 for reconnection & got old set up box & number in Remote which is not clearly visible. Kindly change the damaged remote which is given by mr. Subhash mohanty On dated 28/05/2018 after know that we are both lonely senior citizen & i am not able to move to your office often. Other channel including channel sab tv not showing in my tv. I requested, as i am a senior citizen (Lonely with wife), give me a Visible remote & channel sab tv without further harassment by mr.
