Ortel Communications — Service not provided properly | |||||
I am using broad band service of Ortel communication since 2014 .But, from the last three months this company is not providing the service properly. I have taken 24*7 broad band monthly service.But, l am taking only 2 to 4 hour service per day. I have given complaint regularly in the these 3 months .They are not resolving the problem .They are sending the fake messages (about the problem has been resolved ) with out resolving the problem. It seems like that they just want to take the money from the costumer with out providing the exact service. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Not showing color channel
From the month of April, we are requesting for color channel as it is paid channel, we also agree to pay & we telephone time to time your BBSR Office No .Till today we have not receive color.In where we complain this matterOur Membership No[protected], Binod behari Road, Cuttack
