[Resolved] Ortel Communications — unavailable internet service for more than 10 days | |||
Our ortel broadband connection is down for 10 days. Even after repeated calls to the customer service and their repeated assurance to provide the net within24hours. We are still unable to access our internet. We in fact callthem every day 4 to 6 times but today when we called they astonishingly said that our problem was resolved which we could not believe. With deep regret i want to inform that the company has failed to live upto its policy and continues to trick people.
